Refund policy

This policy covers refunds and returns for denture repair services provided by Venneir, trading name of Venneir Limited, registered in Scotland (SC622322).

Because our repairs are custom, in-person and related to personal health, different rules apply than for retail products.

No Returns on Completed Repairs
  • Once your denture has been repaired and collected, it cannot be returned.
  • All repairs are specific to your appliance and cannot be undone or reused.
Refunds Before Repair Starts
  • You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you’ve paid but the repair has not started.
  • If we assess your denture and find it cannot be repaired, we will not proceed and you will be refunded in full.
Repairs We Cannot Accept
  • Metal dentures (including cobalt chrome or any metal framework)
  • Dentures that have been glued or fixed at home
  • If we refuse the repair for any of these reasons, you will not be charged. If you already paid, a full refund will be issued.
All Repairs Are Final
  • Once your repair is complete, it is considered final.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • The denture breaking again in the future
    • Poor fit caused by the age or condition of the denture
    • General dissatisfaction where the work has been carried out correctly
  • Due to the nature of dentures and how they are worn and aged over time, we cannot guarantee how long any repair will last. This varies from person to person and depends on the condition of the denture and how it is used.
Issues Must Be Reported Immediately
  • If you are unhappy with your repair, you must tell us before leaving the premises.
  • We will assess it and make adjustments where possible at no extra cost.
  • After you leave, we are not responsible for new damage or complaints.
Food, Drink and Premises
  • We are not responsible for any reaction to food or drink consumed on our premises.
  • You visit and use our space at your own risk.
Refund Processing
  • If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Refunds made through Klarna, PayPal or your bank may take longer depending on the provider.
