This policy governs how we handle shipping, returns, and your responsibilities when sending dentures or other items to or from Venneir Limited.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping prices are as listed on our website and apply at checkout.
Returns for Amendments
- If a repair requires a one-time amendment, we will cover the initial return postage.
- Any further returns or amendments will require the customer to cover postage costs.
Mainland UK Partial Coverage
- For addresses outside mainland UK, we can cover up to £4 toward return postage where applicable.
- Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues: Notification Required
- If your delivery fails to arrive or has issues, notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
- After 10 days, we cannot assist further, as courier claims must be raised promptly.
Deliveries Left at Safe Places
- If you instruct the courier to leave your delivery in a “safe place,” this is done at your own risk.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage arising from this.
Damaged Items in Transit
- If your item arrives damaged, you must inform us within 10 days to allow us to file a claim with the courier.
- Claims filed after this window cannot be processed.
Your Property, Your Risk
- You send your own property to us at your own risk.
- We strongly recommend photographing your item before shipping. This evidence helps support courier claims if damage occurs.
Missed Deliveries and Returns to Sender
- If a courier returns your parcel to us because you missed the delivery, you will be charged for reshipping.
- We have already incurred both outbound and return shipping fees.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Any customs duties or taxes are set by customs authorities and must be paid by you.
- We cannot cover, reimburse, or refund these charges under any circumstances.
Packaging Your Item
- When shipping to us, use a sturdy box with adequate cushioning to prevent rattling or breakages.
- You are responsible for ensuring your item is packaged safely.
Free Shipping and Refunds
- If you received free shipping but later request a refund, any shipping costs—both outbound and return—will be deducted from the refund.
- Proof of shipping costs can be provided upon request.
Changing Your Shipping Address
- You should request address changes directly through your courier (e.g., via app).
- If you request us to make changes on your behalf, we may try but cannot guarantee success.
- Ensuring the shipping address is correct from the start is your responsibility.
Re-shipping Charges
- If a package is returned to us and we agree to resend it, shipping charges will apply.
- The cost will be added to your invoice or communicated before dispatch.
General Disclaimer
- We are not liable for shipping delays, weather-related disruptions, or courier errors beyond our control.
